• calling a taxi, calling an ambulance, other special services, using a first aid kit;
• provision of baby supplies: crib, cradle, etc.;
• meals in the restaurant - according to the selected tariff;
• safe for storing valuables in the room;
• visiting all public areas and hotel grounds (with the exception of areas to which access is restricted by the hotel administration);
• using the services of the SPA center: sauna, hammam (if provided by the tariff plan);
• use of the indoor pool (if included in the tariff plan);
• use of the outdoor swimming pool during the summer;
• use of the hotel beach;
• transfer to the beach in summer;

Dear guests, please note that accommodation and stay with animals in the resort is not allowed.
In case of detection of an animal living in the room without agreement with the hotel administration, the guest undertakes to check out of the hotel immediately, without the hotel returning the funds paid for the accommodation.
